 Procedure 
 
HP: Low pressure protection in cooling mode 
P0: Low pressure switch protection 
Low pressure switch port
1
 is not connected properly 
Ensure low pressure switch port is 
connected properly 
Insufficient refrigerant caused by refrigerant leakage

Inspect the system for leaks and add 
refrigerant 
The water flow rate is not sufficient in cooling mode 
Check  water  side  heat  exchanger,  water 
piping, circulator  pumps and water flow 
switch  for  dirt/blockages  in  order  to 
increase the water flow rate 
The air side heat exchanger heat exchange is poor in 
heating mode 
Check air side heat exchanger, fan(s) and 
air outlets for dirt/blockages. 
Moisture in the system; The low pressure side is 
blocked

: Filter or EXV is blocked by ice; crushed or 
bent pipe ;Impurities in the pipes 
The piping should be cleaned and the 
refrigerant system should be vacuumed 
Outlet water temperature sensor (TW-out) connection 
on main PCB is loose

Ensure the temperature sensors are 
connected properly 
Pressure sensor has short-circuited or failed
