Rosefi sh casserole

Sprinkle the fi sh fi llets with
lemon juice and season with
salt. Place in a solid cooking
container.

Dice the carrots, add to the
fi sh with the peas and cook
(see below for settings).

In the meantime stir all the
other ingredients into a
sauce and pour over the fi sh.
Cook again (see below for set-
tings).

Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice or boiled
potatoes.

100 ml double cream
2 tbsp white wine
