The duration can be followed counting
down in the display.
It is quite normal to hear the sound
of the steam being injected into the
oven and for condensation to form
on the inside of the door. This
condensation will dissipate during
the course of the programme.
The bursts of steam are injected at pre-
programmed times during the Automat-
ic programmes.

Danger of injury!
Do not open the door while the burst
of steam is being injected. Escaping
steam can cause scalding.
Condensation on the sensors will
make them react more slowly.
It can also have an adverse effect on
cooking results.
At the end of the duration
–
00:00 is displayed.
–
the T symbol will flash.
–
a buzzer will sound if the buzzer is
switched on (see "Settings – P2").
–
the oven heating switches off
automatically.
–
the cooling fan will continue to run for
a while.
S Remove the food from the oven.
T Turn the function selector to 0.
The visual and acoustic signals are
switched off.
