How to troubleshoot if the pump and stirrer do not operate in Millipore Labscale Laboratory Equipment?
First, check if the AC adapter is plugged into a live receptacle with the appropriate voltage and plugged into the receptacle on the rear of the system enclosure. Also, check the fuse on the rear of the system enclosure.
What causes low system pressure in Millipore Labscale?
Check the following: Pressure gauge calibration. Ensure the tank outlet valve is open. Ensure pump inlet and outlet tubing are connected correctly and that the Sta-Pure (white) tubing is connected from the pump outlet to the feed in port (FEED IN). If the fluid moves back and forth in the pump inlet or pump outlet tubing, particulates may be impairing the pump check valves from closing, so ensure pump check valves are clean.
