2. Connect male luer end of diafiltration tubing to the
diafiltration (DIA/RECIRC) port. Plug VENT port.
3. Insure that the end of the tubing remains below the buffer
level at all times.
As you remove permeate, a vacuum is created in the reservoir
which will siphon diafiltrate into the reservoir to maintain constant
volume.
