Applications
Applications
This section highlights the most common applications to which the
MiniRanger Plus is likely to be applied. Other applications not described
here, such as position monitoring of a piston on a wood pulverizer, are
basically improvisational and imaginative ways of applying the MiniRanger
Plus. The trick is knowing the parameters available to you, and their
limitations. Refer to the Parameter Descriptions that start on 55.
When programming, refer to the application which is most similar to yours. A
practical example has been given to further expand on the programming
features. As the example may not completely cover your application, again,
it is important that you familiarize yourself with the list of available
parameters.
Note:
The minimum distance from the transducer face to the target is limited by
the minimum range of the transducer connected.
