7.4.6.4 Main board assembly

1. Remove the IO interface board, probe connected assembly and CPU module

assembly (refer to 7.4.6.3 Probe Connected Assembly and CPU Module Assembly).

2. Remove the fixing screws (11 pcs) to remove the main unit assembly.
