Handling calls
11
Using the Flash key
The key allows you to access your subscribed services such as call waiting, call transfer,
three-way calling, call park/pickup, and so on. These services vary from area to area, so contact
your telephone service provider or PBX Administrator for instructions on using the available services
with your 6390 phone. If the instructions say to press the “hook-switch” or “receiver button,” press
the key.
Ending calls
To end a call, you first need to connect to the call if not already connected (for example, if your call
is on hold). Press the key to end the call. If connected through the handset, you can also
place the handset back on hook to end the call.
