The file of the locked CPU module is accessed
without the security key authentication.
(1) Register the security key which locks the
CPU module to the programming tool.
(2) When the project is opened, lock the project
with the security key which locks the CPU
module.
(3) When the CPU module is locked, the access
control target file cannot be accessed using
the following functions or external devices.
• FTP server function
• MC protocol
•GOT
• EZSocket

CPU module due to the failure of the internal
memory where the security key is registered. Or
the security key of the CPU module cannot be
deleted.
The cause is a hardware failure of the CPU
module.
