  The projector may turn off because the intake or exhaust vents are blocked. Remove any obstructions and then wait for the fans to stop. Unplug the power cord, wait 10 minutes, plug it back in, and press the POWER button. Alternatively, the lamp may need replacing, indicated by a steady red STATUS light. Also, check if AUTO POWER OFF is set to OFF. Finally, the lamp may have deteriorated and needs replacement.

  First, ensure the lens cap is removed. It can take about a minute for the lamp to light up. If it doesn't light, wait a few minutes and try again. If the projector was turned off before the lamp cooled, wait for the fan to stop, then press the POWER button. Check that the intake vent is clean, SCART INPUT is set to OFF in the FEATURE menu, and the lamp cover is closed. Verify the external device cables aren't broken, and if using an extension cable, try the supplied cable or add an RGB signal amplifier. Consult the video device's manual for connection instructions.
