[Operation Errors]
(1) In the following cases an operation error occurs, the error flag (SM0) turns ON, and an error
code is stored at SD0.
• The device range n-points from
D
exceeds the device range. (Error code: 4101)
• The number of transfers exceeds 6144 when a special direct device is used. (QnACPU)
(Error code: 4101)
