When the program is completed, be careful when
removing the jars as they are very hot, use protective
gloves.
Then cover the jars with a cloth and leave covered for
a few hours for them to cool down slowly.
NOTE -
may drop below the set temperature; in this case
the pasteurisation continues, but a yellow pop-up

report the incident.




