Changing the Talkgroup Folders using RCU
Procedure:
1 Press the button on the RCU.
2 Select the required folder and press the button on the RCU.

Selecting Extended Folders Talkgroup
This menu consists of extended talkgroup folders pre-set by the service provider.
Procedure:
1 From the home screen, press the Menu/OK key.
2 Select Extended Folders→Select TGs.
3 Select the required folder.
4 Select the required Talkground listing and press the Menu/OK key.
NOTE: Your radio can access up to four levels of the extended folder structure. You can
use the Talkgroup Selector button to scroll through the talkgroups of selected folder.
Your radio displays a notification of the selected talkgroup.

Editing Extended Folders Talkgroup
This menu allows you to add or delete the pre-set talkgroups in Extended Folders.
Prerequisites:Ensure your service provider enables editing folder option.
Procedure:
1 From the home screen, press the Menu/OK key.
2 Select Extended Folders→Edit TGs.
3 Select one of the following options:
If… Then…
To add talkgroup
a Navigate to the required extended folder.
b Select a talkgroup slot and pressMenu/OK.
c Select Set TGs.
d Search for the required talkgroup. Use Menu/OK
to confirm selection.
NOTE: The selected talkgroup is added to
an empty slot. If the selected slot has an ex-
isting talkgroup, the newly selected talk-
group overwrites the old talkgroup.
To delete a talkgroup
a Navigate to the required extended folder.
b Search for the required talkgroup. Press
Menu/OK.
