~300mVrms tone at
R2836?
Verify R2834, R2835, C1874,
C1875, U1802, C1876 & R2836
are placed properly & the
resistor values are correct.
Is ~1.35Vdc
present at U1802-5 &
~3.3Vdc present at
U1802-4?
There may be an issue with the
internal board routing of
VCC_1.35V and/or VCC_3.3V.
Replace U1802.
