There may be an issue with the
internal board routing of 2.2V_WL
and/or 9.6V_WL.
Is there a
measureable 1kHz tone
at Q1802-4?
Verify C1845, R1842, C1844,
R1841, U1808, R1843 &
Q1802 are placed properly &
the resistor values are correct.
Is there a
measureable 1kHz tone
at Q1802-1?
Is ~2.1Vdc
present at U1808-3 &
~9.6Vdc present at
U1808-4?
Replace Q1802. Replace U1808.
There may be an issue with the
internal board routing of 2.2V_WL
and/or 9.6V_WL.
Are there 1kHz,
~525mVrms tones at
T1801-4 & T1801-6?
Is there continuity
between K1801-3 &
K1801-4?
Does T1801-5
measure ~13.1Vdc?
Verify VR1802, VR1803,
R1844, K1801, R2838, C1830
& C1829 are placed properly &
resistor values are correct.
Verify K1801, R2838, Q1812,
C1870, R1831 & R1857 are
placed properly & resistor
values are correct.
Verify T1801 is placed properly.
There may be an issue with the
internal board routing of A+.
Does Q1812-3
measure ~1.1Vdc?
Does K1801-1
measure ~2.3Vdc?
Replace K1801.
Does Q1812-2
measure ~2.8Vdc?
Replace Q1812.
There may be an issue with
the internal board routing of
VCC_5V.
Reprogram/Replace
Consolette Mainboard.
