REPLACEMENT OF SPARE PARTS
GUIDELINES
Required Equipment
y 1 cross screwdriver and 1 flat screwdriver TOM Pouce (F1, F1S)
y 1 Torx screwdriver 15 (F1E)
y 1 Torx 20 screwdriver (F1SF)
y 1 small flexible clamp, 1 tightening device
y 1 tube of cyanolite glue (for inserts, F1 and F1S)
y 1 tube of neoprene glue (foams)
y 1 tube of silicone (seals / orings)
y F gasoline (to clean the glue)
y desinfecting wipers
F1/F1S helmet
Follow carefully the order to disassemble the helmet until you
reach the part to change.
Reassembling will be performed using the same order.
1) Chinstrap (E) and chincup (F)
With the screwdriver, use leverage effect on the stud (push on
the shell) to unlock fixations with risking of deteriorating
inserts.
The chincup can be slided out of the chinstrap by its end.
2) Neck plate (I)
Untight the 2 net straps (a), then unlock the neck plate (b) with
its neck pads pulling on the 2 sides.
