7. Turn ON Descaling:
A. Touch the ZONE 3 DESCALING check box. The box
should turn green with a check mark in it.

B. Exit back out to the Main Menu using the back
arrow multiple times, press SAVE when prompted.
8. Select the Cleaning icon in the Main Menu.
9. In the cleaning screen, select the ZONE 3 Icon.
NOTE: Failure to complete the Zone 3 cleaning sequence in
its entirety could affect drink quality and will not reset the
monthly cleaning timer which will require the process to be
repeated.
GATHER THE FOLLOWING SUPPLIES
Follow the on screen instructions and gather the following
supplies:
Cleaning Buckets - Set of Two (2)
Cleaning Hose*
(Located below product bins)
Ice Removal Chute
Splash Guard
Clean Towels (Cloths*)
Descaler Solution
Use approved ice machine cleaner. Consult
product label for correct ratio of cleaner
and water.
Part number 000000084 use 16oz/5 gal
(473ml/19L)
Sanitizing Solution
Approved sanitizers:
Solution that provides 100 ppm available
chlorine minimum.
Or solution providing 300 ppm Quaternary
Ammonium minimum.
Or sanitizer part number 9405653, use 3.25
oz/5 gal (96 ml/19L).
Cleaning Brush, Gloves & Safety Glasses*
* These items are optional and may not be displayed on all easyToUCH
screens.
NOTE: If other cleaners are used, it is possible they will not
clean or sanitize your machine to NSF standards.
