To remove the secondary chain for inspection, open
the chainconnecting link, and attach an old (but clean)
chain to
it.
The locking spring must be placed on the
connecting
link. Then draw out the chain to be checked
until the connecting link is accessible.
Re-insert the checked chain in the inverse order.
