5.6 Lowering the mainsail
1. Pull on the mainhalyard
to raise the mainsail.
2. Twist the mast 60˚ while
sll having tension on the
mainhalyard.
3. Pull the mainsail down.
4. Gently lower the mainsail
and roll the the mainsail
starng at the foot of the
sail.
Always roll your mainsail top down with the topbaen taken out
Prevent the sail from
folding!
