Installing LabVIEW RT Software
Viewing Information about Installed Software
To view the software installed on your FP-20xx, right-click the FP-20xx
in Remote System Explorer and select View Installed Software. If your
FP-20xx has LabVIEW RT installed, the Currently Installed Software
dialog box displays the software and version numbers, as shown in the
following figure.
Installing or Upgrading LabVIEW RT on the FP-20xx
Your FP-20xx has LabVIEW RT pre-installed. However, if the FP-20xx
STATUS LED flashes three times, and its status in Remote System
Explorer is
No software installed
, the FP-20xx is in safe mode. In this
case, you should re-install or upgrade the LabVIEW RT software.
Complete the following steps to install or upgrade the LabVIEW RT
software on your FP-20xx:
1. Run Remote System Explorer: right-click the Comm Resource in
FieldPoint Explorer, choose Edit this comm resource, and click
Browse.
