No power. Power adapter not

Connect the adapter
The unit is in

on the unit or remote
control to turn on the

No sound. Volume in mini-

Raise volume level
by pressing the VOL +
button.
Try pressing the MUTE
button on the remote.

device is not in

Play the music/movie in
