Please take actions in the following order.
1. Turn off the unit, disconnect the power cord, wait 30
seconds, and then restart it.
2. If the problem persists, reset the iLO following the
procedure in Chapter 1 (7. Resetting and Clearing the
Server) in this manual.
3. If the problem persists, updating the iLO
firmware/system ROM may solve the problem. Update
the iLO firmware/system ROM.
4. If the problem persists, contact your sales
representative.
