TheanaloginputsatthePLCis0-10V.AI0arepredeterminedforcurrentmeasurementof
ASC,andAI1,andforanoponalvacuummeasurement.
Thescaling(calibraon)ismadeinthetwopages361and363ofAnalogScaling.
Therearetwomethodsforcalibraon,manualandmeasured.Manuallycalibrateby
sengvaluesoftheoutputsignalatinputsignal0and10V.Withmeasuredcalibraon,
getasignalfromthesensoratalowandatahighvalueandwriteinthecorresponding
valuesfromactualmeasurementsofCurrentorVacuum.Formeasuredcalibraon,proper
instrumentsareneededforcurrentandvacuum.
Inaddion,thereisaFactoryresetbuon.Pressandholdthebuonfor5secondsfora
resettofactorydefaultvalues.
Thecurrent-sensorisnominal0…10V/0…100A.However,thePLCinputhaslow
impedanceand100Awillbedecreasedto8V,sothecorresponding10Vsignalbecomes
then100*10/8=125Aforscaling.
Thevacuumsensornormallyusedis0..10V/-40…0kPa.Sinceitasknownas“Vacuum”,
onlyposivevaluesareused,so40…0kPa.
Atthetopofthescreenistheactualsignalandvaluewithpresentscaling.
TodoanAnalogScaling:
1. Pressthebuon“AcvateCalibraon”.ItbecomesYellow/Blackblinking.
2. Setnewvaluesandsaveeach,usingthemanualmethod.Or,usingthemeasurement
method,applyalowandhighsignalandmeasurethecorrespondingcurrent/vacuum.
– VAC/RBUstopped:currentsignallowandcurrent=0A;vacuumsignalhighand
vacuum=0.Writeinvaluesandsave.
– VAC/RBUrunninginsituaonsforcreangmaximumcurrent/vacuum,thenhigh
currentsignalandhighcurrent,respecvely.lowvacuumsignalandhighvacuum
(posivevalue).Writeinvaluesandsave.
3. Whennishedpressthe“AcvateCalibraon”tostartusingthenewcalibraon.
Checkthecalibraonbycomparingactualvalueswithcorrespondingnewmeasurements.
Aeracalibraon,itmightbenecessarytolookoversengsforASCandvacuum
warnings.
