ThefunconwilliniateemptyingofAEB/TVFDandPreSepwhenapplicable.
8 On/StandBy/Start
ThesystemcanbesettoStandbywith:
1. PressbuononHMI.
2. Weekmer.
3. Overmer.IfnoacveWeekmerperiod,thenacvaonofOvermewillsetStandby.
4. Remote,whenacvaonaervesecondsinOmode.
Prevenon of start
Ifthereareacvealarms,thesealarmsmustberesetbeforearestart.Thereisno
automacrestartwhenpressing“Reset”,andanaddionalpressontheStartbuonis
requested.PresstheStartbuon.
IfRemotestartinputisnotacve,thenthefollowingmessageisdisplayed,“Startinhibitby
Remote”andhighlightede.g.,itisashing.
IftheWeekmervalidperiodhasastartmebeforethecontrolpanelisturnedon,
thenpresstheStartbuonifautomacstartisnotselected,seesecon6.6.9. Sengs -
Weekmer.
Y/D start
TheHVControlPanelEXusestheY/Dstartmethod.
DuringY-mode,themotorpowerisreducedbyastart-upvalve,andnotacvated.Alsothe
ASCisbeclosed.WhenchangingtoD-modethestart-upvalveisacvatedandalsotheASC
willbeenabled.
TheD-modeissupervisedbythePLC.IfD-modeisnotindicatedaerstartwithin60
seconds(normalstart15seconds)thenthereisanalarm.
9 Stop/O
Thereareeightstopfunconsinahierarchy:
1. E-stop:AlarmandgotoOFF.
2. Alarm:GotoOFF.
3. RemoteStandBy/O/Overme(I0.6):GotoOFF(5seconddelayif“Weekmer/
Overmeisenabled).
4. Stop/Obuon:GotoOFF.
5. Weekmerperiodexpired(Ifnooverme,gotoOFF).
6. Overmeexpired(gotoOFF;overmeisresetbyWeekmerStart).
7. SSRmeexpired:GotoStandby.
8. Pilotsignal(I0.0)deacvated(inparallelwiththeTestStartbuonreleased)delayed
bySSRme.
