Parameters
<ifname> - interface name
co|rt : unit type
4wire: sets 4-wire mode. If you omit this, sets 2-wire mode.
auto : sets the rate adaptive mode; auto is not supported in 4-wire
mode
<kbps> - sets a line rate in kbps.
* 2-wire mode: 200kbps~2320kbps
(64xN + 8 + 8xI, N=3~36 / I=0,1)
* 4-wire mode: 384 kbps ~ 4608 kbps
(64 x N x 2 , N=3~36)
Usage Examples:
(conf)# dev s0 gshdsl co 2320
=> Sets 2-wire mode, COE and fixed rate 2320 kbps to the s0 port.
(conf)# dev s0 gshdsl co auto 2056
=> Sets 2-wire mode, COE and the rate adaptive (maximum bit rate is 2056
kbps) mode to the s0 port.
(conf)# dev s0 gshdsl co 4wire 4608
=> Sets 4-wire mode, COE and fixed rate 4608 kbps to the s0 port.
(conf)# dev s0 gshdsl rt
=> Sets 2-wire mode and CPE to the s0 port.
(conf)# dev s0 gshdsl rt 4wire
=> Sets 4-wire mode and CPE to the s0 port.
Viewing the device configuration
To verify whether the unit type and a line rate are correct for your application, use the
following command:
COMMAND (conf)# show device
