Below is a list of tools and materials necessary for installation of the control box:
’ Wire cutters/strippers
’ Basic hand tools (screwdrivers, wrenches, pliers, etc..)
’ Drill and assorted size bits
’ Hardware for mounting control box
’ Electrical conduits, wire nuts, grommets, asphalt patch, etc. as needed

CAUTION
• The gate operator installation is NOT a “do-it-yourself” project. Contract a qualied gate operator
installation company to install this system to ensure a safe and reliable installation.
• Property owner is responsible to ensure installer is qualied to make a safe and professional
installation.
• Consult local government agencies for up-to-date rules and regulations to satisfy licensing, codes
or regulations that regulate automated gate system design and installation.
• The gate being modied should be level and plumb and the gate should open easily and evenly.
• Nice swing gate systems are NOT intended for installation on an incline.
• These instructions assume actuator(s) has been installed per the applicable actuator installation
manual. Install actuator before performing the procedures in this manual.
