(3) While pressing the lamp clamp lever, push
the lamp into the socket pin holes as far as it
will go. (Don't touch the glass surface of the
lamp with bare hands.)

Return the lamp clamp lever to its original position. Make sure that the lamp is not tilted.
(5) Attach the lamp house cover securely and tighten the clamp screw. Make sure that the
cover is fixed in place and will not come off even when shaken by hand.

Assembling the nosepiece arm
(1) Loosen the two nosepiece arm clamp screws
on the right side of the microscope mainstay
and remove the cover.
(2) Attach the nosepiece arm onto the dovetail
on the microscope mainstay.
(3) Tighten the nosepiece arm clamp screw on
the right side of the microscope mainstay.
(4) Reattach the cover on the right side of the
microscope mainstay.

Assembling the eyepiece tube mount part
Attach the eyepiece tube mount part onto the
nosepiece arm and fix it with four bolts on the
upper part of the microscope mainstay. Use two
M5-35 bolts for the front side and two M5-30 bolts
for the rear side.
