Electrical System Problems
Problem Cause Countermeasure
The power cord is not connected
to a wall outlet.
Plug the power cord into a wall outlet.
The power cord is not connected
to the AC inlet on the power
supply.
Connect the power cord to the AC inlet on the
power supply.
The extension cable is not
connected to the power supply.
Connect the extension cable to the power
supply.
The extension cable is not
connected to the lamp house.
Connect the extension cable to the lamp house.
No lamp is attached. Attach a lamp.
The lamp is blown. Replace the lamp with a new one.
The lamp does not light even
though the power switch is
turned on.
A wrong lamp is used.
Use the specified lamp (PHILIPS 7724 or
OSRAM HLX 64623).
The lamp is about to blow. Replace the lamp with a new one.
The power cord is not connected
securely.
Connect the power cord securely.
The lamp is not securely inserted
into the socket.
Insert the lamp securely.
The lamp flickers, or its
brightness is unstable.
The lamp house is not connected
securely.
Connect the power cord securely.
