Detaching the front doors from the AIR outdoor unit
If you need to access the mechanics, electronics or the plumbing connections in the AIR outdoor unit, you can detach the upper and
lower metal plates at the front.
WARNING
Always disconnect the power supply to the unit before opening the doors to carry out e.g. installation, inspection, clean-
ing or maintenance.
1. The AIR outdoor unit has an upper front plate with slats,
and a lower front plate with a smooth surface.
2. The two front plates have been mounted using keyhole
mounting brackets.
3. Detach the upper front plate by lifting it upwards and off
the screws.
4. Next, tilt the plate away from the outdoor unit and detach
it completely.
5. Detach the lower front plate in the same way by first lift-
ing the cover plate and then tilting it outwards.
6. The AIR outdoor unit is now open, and you can access the
mechanics, the electronics and the plumbing connections.
ATTENTION
The illustrations above show an example of an AIR outdoor unit. Different versions of the outdoor unit are available.
