Troubleshooting

Possible Causes:
• Incorrect low-voltage cutout seng
• Baeries not fully charged.
o If there is any queson whether the baeries are fully charged, they should be charged for at least 16
hours.
• One or more weak baeries
o To determine if one of the baeries is weak, measure the voltage across each individual baery while
operang the machine. Write down the values and compare them. A baery that has a dead cell will
typically be 1 – 2 volts lower than the others.
o Use a baery load tester to test each baery.
o For wet baeries, a hydrometer can be used to check the specic gravity of the electrolyte in each cell. A
dead cell is one that reads 50 points or more lower than the other cells.

Note: The oponal on-board baery charger will charge, even if it cannot communicate with the on-board.
