SIDE SKIRT CHECK AND REPLACEMENT (ONLY FOR BR 752C)
Check
1. Drive the machine on a level oor.
2. Turn the ignition key (58) to “0”.
3. On both sides of the machine, loosen the knob (A) and remove the side skirt assemblies (B).
4. Wash and clean the skirt.
5. Check that the skirt lower edge (C):
• lays down on the same level, along all its length;
• is integral and free from cuts and lacerations;
• has the inner corner (D) that is not worn;
Otherwise overturn or replace the skirts according to the following procedure.
Overturning or replacement
6. Remove the wing nuts (E), then remove the retaining strip (F).
7. Remove the skirt blade (G) and, if possible, overturn the blade to replace the lower inner corner (D) with the opposite one. If
the other corner is worn too, replace the blade.
Assembly and height adjustment
8. Assemble the blades (G) and skirt assembly (B) in the reverse order of disassembly.
9. Start the machine and lower the cylindrical brush deck (28), then check that the side skirt blades (G):
• slightly touch the oor;
• collect the solution.
10. If necessary stop the machine and adjust the skirt height by loosening the knob (A) and turning the knobs (H).
11. After adjusting, tighten the knob (A).
