Using Phone Book

You can view, change, or remove any assignments that you have

made by first pressing (Options) and then selecting the desired

function.

Using the speed dialling keys

Either: With the display clear, press the desired speed dialling key

and (Call).

Or if ‘Speed dialling’ is on (see page 50): With the display clear, press

and hold the desired speed dialling key until the call is started.

Defining the type of view for stored

names and phone numbers

You can set the phone to show the stored phone numbers and

names in the following ways (‘types of view’):

Name list: Shows three names at a time.

Name, number: Shows one name and phone number at a time.

Large font: Shows one name at a time in large font.

Checking the amount of free space in

Phone book (Memory status)

You can check how many names and phone numbers can still be

stored and are currently stored in Phone book.
