11. Calculator and clock
Calculator
The phone is provided with a four
function calculator which can also be
used for rough currency conversions.
To access this menu: When the display is
clear, press (Menu), scroll to Calculator, and press
(Select).
See page 28 for general information on the menu functions.
Making a calculation
You can use the following keys for keying in a calculation:
• - : Inserts a digit.
• : Inserts a period (.).
• : Deletes the digit to the left.
• : Press once ( + ) to add, twice ( - ) to subtract, three times
( * ) to multiply and four times ( / ) to divide, or press
(Options) and select the desired function.
• For a total, press (Options) and select Equals. Pressing
clears the display for a new calculation.
Note: This calculator has a limited accuracy and rounding
errors may occur, especially in long divisions.
