EVERY 250 HOURS OR EVERY 3 MONTHS
All maintenance checks and inspections listed in previous maintenance intervals must be performed
at this time in addition to those listed under this maintenance interval.
Charge-Air Piping - Check
Inspect the charge-air piping (1) and hoses for wear and
damage, including, leaks, holes, cracks, or loose
connections. If hose clamps are loose, tighten.
Refer to “Cummins QSB3.3 Operation and Maintenance
Manual” for complete instructions.
Charge - Air Cooler - Check
1. Remove grate.
2. Inspect charge-air cooler
(1) for dirt and debris
blocking the fins. Check for wear and damage.
