Vision mount system -This mount system assists the smart gun by supporting the assembly for precise dispensing
and to keep the nozzle from moving during dispensing.
2 Main material inlet - The main material inlet ports are 1/2” NPT. There are two main material inlet ports.
3 Torque bracket - Applies stability for the swivel when the smart gun is rotating in an application.
4 Robot mounting plate - Mounts the smart gun to the application robot.
5 Swivel assembly - Ensures the smart gun can rotate and reach into restricted areas.
6 Main air inlet - The main air input for each of the integrated smart gun valves.
7 Swivel air connections - Air connections from the swivel to the smart gun integrated valves.

Common valve port - Common air to close port to all three integrated valves. This port supplies air to the top section
of the air cylinders to keep the valves closed.

Valve ports - Air to open ports for each of the integrated valves. These ports supply air to the bottom section of the
air cylinders to keep the valves closed.
10 Smart gun subassembly - Detachable subassembly contains serviceable valves and valve needle seat area.
11 Material bleed port - This port allows air to be bled prior to dispensing material from the smart gun.

Smart gun basic assembly - The basic assembly does not include the swivel assembly. The smart gun consists of
three integrated valves, which controls the ow of material to each directional nozzle.
13 Smart gun nozzle - Allows the operator to dispense material in multiple directions and at multiple angles.
