“Operation”
Startup
1. Make sure all ttings, connections, and air lines are tightened securely. Refer to
Installation for additional information.
2. Connect main air supply hose and set main air input regulator to 80 psi (5.51 bar, 0.56
MPa) ) minimum.
3. Connect material supply hoses to material inlet ports and start supply, if necessary.
Refer to the supply documentation for additional information.
4. Start the controller, if necessary. Refer to the controller manual for additional
information.
5. Start any temperature controller units on the system, if necessary. Refer to the
temperature controller manual for additional information.
6. Wait until the controller gives a, “Dispense Ready”, signal.
Shutdown
1. Turn o󰀨 and relieve pressure from any supply on the system. Refer to the supply
component manuals for additional information.
2. Relieve the air and material pressure from the Smart Gun.
3. Turn o󰀨 any temperature controller units on the system. Refer to the temperature
controller manual for additional information.
4. Turn o󰀨 the system controller. Refer to the controller manual for additional information.
