observed, or material is
dripping from swivel, a
rebuild is necessary.

Apply Grease: 10 Min.
Replace: 30 – 60 Min.

Apply grease into grease
Fing.

Material Outlet Nozzle
Check for leakage and
ghten any loose valve
mounng screws.
Replace if necessary

NOTE: All scheduled maintenance should be visually inspected weekly, unl consumer develops the correct maintenance schedule for a
parcular applicaon. Schedule will vary depending on what material is being used in a parcular applicaon. Always listen for air
leaks, keep work area clean of material, and check with material supplier for specic cleaning procedures for the material being used
in an applicaon.
