Picture is Too Narrow for Screen — 1202 Only
This situation may occur on the 1202 when the
display source you are using is SXGA. See “Graphic
Scaling Mode Setup” on page 14 for more informa-
tion about why this occurs.
Restoring Factory Defaults
When troubleshooting problems, it is often useful to return
to a known state.
To do this on the 1201, use the Auto Setup menu
function (see page 10) in the Setup Menu.
On the 1202, use the Restore Factory Defaults line
on the Utilities icon (see page 16) in the Setup
Menu.
Vertical Hum
Bars
Thin vertical lines are most likely a result of subtle
timing differences between the image source and
the display.
For the 1201, try adjusting the tuning as
described on page 10. Also, try decreas-
ing the brightness setting on page 10.
For the 1202, adjust the phase as
described on page 12.
Image is noisy Check the wiring to be sure there are no loose or
corroded connectors.
Check the image source by momentarily connect-
ing another display to the source.

described on page 12.
