AUTO LUBE GREASE LINE PRE-FILLING
10. Pump twenty more shots of grease,
using a grease gun or power greaser,
into the grease line (29). This will
prime the hammer tool cavity and pre-
lube the tool (HH). Look for grease
coming out around the tool at the tool
bushing (see arrow).
11. Remove the hose fill adapter (a13)
and re-connect the grease line (29) to
the Auto Lube pump (FZ).
NOTE: If the Auto Lube unit has run out of grease, the above procedure should
be used to purge all air out of the grease line before using the hammer.
Failure to do this will result in an intermittent supply of grease to the
hammer.
