After use, ensure the chemical dosing tank is emptied, cleaned and relled with clean-water.
The dosing pipes also need to be cleaned and ushed through with clean-water for at least 60 seconds after use.
Chemical dosing System
Note: always ensure that the waste-water tank is empty before lifting.
The TTV 4555 scrubber dryer has an optional automatic chemical-dosing system.
Simply ll the 5 litre chemical dosing bottle and the machine will deliver the correct mix ratio as set by the operator,
using the setting on the control panel (see page 32) depending on the oor and cleaning conditions.
To ll the chemical-dosing bottle, rst make sure the top waste-water tank is fully drained then, lift up the waste-water tank
(Fig.23), unscrew the bottle cap then remove the dosing bottle, (Fig.24) and ll with appropriate cleaning chemical.
Ret dosing bottle (Fig.24a) and replace bottle cap 38mm / 42mm (Fig 24b), and carefully lower waste-water tank.
The machine is now ready to be moved to the cleaning site.
Before performing the cleaning operation, place out appropriate warning signs and sweep or dust-mop the oor.

Do not operate machine unless the Operator Manual has been read and fully understood.

WHEN HANDLING AND MIXING CHEMICALS
Always ensure that chemical manufacturer’s safety guidelines are followed.
Only use chemicals recommended for use in auto scrubber-dryers.
