Why does my Numatic TTB 4055 stop while operating?
    • M
      Maria SmithJul 30, 2025
Your Numatic Floor Machine might stop operating due to too much load on the brush system. To fix this, reset the machine and decrease the brush load to better suit the floor type. Another cause may be a blown fuse in the battery pack, in which case you should replace the 50 Amp fuse.

What to do if Numatic TTB 4055 Floor Machine has poor water pick-up?
    • B
      bradley96Aug 4, 2025
If your Numatic Floor Machine has poor water pick-up, it could be due to several reasons: * The waste-water tank might be full, so you should empty it. * The vacuum hose, debris basket filter, or separator filter could be clogged or blocked; remove and clean them. * There might be loose hose connections; push them tight. * A low battery charge can also cause this issue, so recharge the batteries. * Other potential causes include a poor or damaged separator seal, or a damaged vacuum hose or floor-tool blades, which may need replacement (contact service dept).
