Fitting the brushes
Featuring the Nulock brush system.
The brush is simply pushed and twisted to lock, making tting and removal a simple process.
The Pad is retained using Numatic’s own PadLoc system (ask your supplier for details).
Only use manufacturer supplied brushes.
TTB 4055/100T requires a 550mm brush or a 500mm pad.
Safety gloves are recommended for the changing of used brushes.
Machine Set-Up
Fit the brush /pad to the drive chuck,
twist to lock the brush / pad in place
(Fig.19) (Fig.20).
Tipping the Brush Deck
To tip the deck into the down position
(Operating mode) Press in the brush
deck locking bar (Fig.21) and rotate the
brush deck (Fig.22).
To change to brush deck up position,
(Transit mode) simply lift the deck and
the spring loaded locking bar will
activate to hold the deck up.

Important

instantly stopping the machine if accidentally reversed into the operator (Fig.18).
