Introduction
This chapter documents problems that may occur with the Océ 7050/7051 and
how to solve them.
When an error occurs, the operating panel informs you about the nature of the
problem.:
Océ 7050/7051 with manual roll
■
if the paper path indicator flashes, a paper jam has occurred (see ‘Clearing
original jams’ on page 35 and ‘Clearing paper jams’ on page 36).
■
if the display shows an error code, i.e. between E0 and E2, an operator
recoverable error has occurred. (see ‘Operator recoverable errors’ on page
39)
■
if the display shows a flashing 4-digit error code, a machine error has
occurred (see ‘Machine errors’ on page 40).
