Remove lower differential bolts.
Remove the front differential.
Inspection
Inspect the gear case, case cover, bearing, oil seals and dust seal for wear or damage. If any
damage or wear is found, replace the oil seal or dust seal with a new one.
Check back lash and drag torque.
Check the breather rubber case for wear or damage. Also, check that the joint of rubber case
fits tightly.
Installation
The installation is the reverse of the removal procedure. Pay attention to refill the oil (GL-4-90).
Ensure tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
