Company

Many QuantiFit2 users will have only one company, while others might have dozens,
depending on the needs for testing.
·
The purpose for a Company is to create
a division within the database.
o The company name will appear on the
top of the fit test reports.
o Company divisions are not necessary
and are only for convenience.
o The number of people that can be
listed in a company is virtually
unlimited.
o Examples for company use:

If a mobile tester has 200 clients, he can divide the people lists between those 200
companies.
·
If a company wants to divide people into groups according to which location or
building a person works in.
·
A shared instrument can have a company for each entity that is using the instrument.
·
A person can be transferred to any existing company.
·
Add Company Screen
o The required field is the company name, the rest is for record keeping
o Add PPE that might be assigned to the individual
o Custom fields include fields, dates, and lists
·
A field is an open text box
·
A date will show a calendar
·
A list allows the operator to create list items which permit multiple selections
