6. REGULAR MAINTENANCE
6.1 Parts Replaced Regularly
We recommend that the following parts be replaced only in the case of heavy use of this unit (only
for heavy users).
(Print quality cannot be assured and damages may occur, when the parts are not replaced.)

6.2 Cleaning
Clean the internal and external sections of the printer with waste and a small vacuum cleaner as
required.
Note!
Do not touch the image drum terminals, the LED lens array, and the LED head connecter.
6.3 Cleaning the LED Lens Array
Clean the LED head array while white bands or lines (white-out, faint print) appear in the vertical
direction on a printed page.
Note!
Be sure to clean the LED lens array with the LED lens array cleaner. (the LED head
cleaner is packed together with the toner cartridge.)
