Paper jam occurred in the paper
path.
[Action]
Open the side exit cover. If there
is paper remaining, pull the top of
the paper away from the printer.
Open the top cover.
Lift up the drum basket.
Remove any paper from the belt.
If paper is stuck in the fuser
unit, remove the paper.
Push the lock lever of the fuser
unit to the right side.
Hold and pull the lock lever of
the fuser unit and remove paper
if present.
Return the fuser unit.
Push the lock lever of the fuser
unit to the left side.
Return the drum basket.
Open the side cover of the exit
part.
Remove any remaining paper if
it is present.
Close the side cover of the exit
part.
Close the top cover.
Shows paper was jammed near the duplex unit of
the printer.
Error 370 : Duplex Reversal
Error 371 : Duplex Input
Error 373 : Duplex Multifeed

Paper jam occurred around the
duplex unit.
[Action]
If the finisher has been connected,
separate the finisher from the
inverter and then proceed as follows.
Open the side cover of Tray1.
If the paper is stuck, remove it.
Open the duplex unit cover
by pressing the button of the
duplex unit.
Remove any paper if it is stuck.
Pull out the duplex unit by
pulling the levers on both sides.
Open the upper cover at one
side by pulling the assist handle.
Remove any remaining paper if
it is present.
Close the upper cover.
Check the upper cover at the
other side as well.
Close the cover of the duplex unit.
Insert the duplex unit into the
original location.
