12. Neither disassemble nor modify the appliance.
13. Repairing the appliance by yourself is extremely dangerous.
0.3 - INTENDED USE
• An improper use of the appliance with possible damages caused to people,
property or animals relieves OLIMPIA SPLENDID from any liability.
FOR ALL DIAGRAMS
For connection of the control signals, use a screened cable with minimum sec-
tion of the wires of 0.5mm
2
and maximum length of 20 metres.
Screening MUST be connected safely to the frame of the fan coil.
0.4 - LOCKED FAN FUNCTION
a. When the printed circuit board receives from the fan motor an incorrect speed feedback (motor not
connected, locked, broken, etc.), the green led starts blinking 6 times after 5 seconds and the speed
signal to the motor is set to minimum speed.
b. After 20 seconds of operation of the fan motor, the circuit board tries again to check the feedback
received from the motor for 10 seconds.
c. If the error persists for 5 consecutive times, the motor is switched o󰀨 and the green led starts blinking
2 times.
To restore the system, the circuit board must be switched o󰀨 and on again.
0.5 - CONFIGURATION OF THE BOARD
Disconnect power feeding from the board before conguring the selectors
SW1.
J1 - MOUNT
ON: Wall/roof installation of the unit.
OFF: Console/oor installation of the unit
J2 - SEL1 and J3 - SEL2
SEL1 SEL2
OFF OFF Units without Flap (200-1000)
OFF ON All versions (1400-1600)
ON OFF Units with Flap (200-1000)
ON ON ** Reserved
Only at rst start-up of the board, for approximately 3 seconds, the relay of the valve carries out a
series of commutations to conrm the selected conguration.
