3.5 - SETTING THE TIME
• Theunitprovidestheenduserwithtwooperatingprogrammingoptionsthatcanbesettostartandstop
atspecicdesiredtimes.forexample,youmightwanttheunittostartshortlybeforereturninghome.
Tousetheseprograms,theendusermustrstsetthetimeontheremotecontrol,thensetthetime(s)for
the program(s) to start.
3.5.1 - TIMER AND CLOCK SETTING (g.E)
To set the time on the remote control follow these instructions
a. Press the B6 button (SET TIMER) as many times as necessary to display the hour h at position (D10).
b. Set the hour with the B7 buttons (+ and -).
c. Press the B6 button as many times as necessary to display the minutes m at position (D10).
d. Set the minutes with the B7 buttons (+ and -).
e. Press the B6 button to save the time and proceed with the timer programming.
3.5.2 - TIMER AND CLOCK SETTING (g.F)
To set time, work with the remote control as follows:
a. Press the B6 button (SET TIMER) as many times as necessary to display the hour h at position (D10).
b. Set the hour with the B7 buttons (+ and -) .
c. Press the B6 button as many times as necessary to display the minutes m at position (D10).
d. Set the minutes with the B7 buttons (+ and -).
e. Press the B6 button to save the time and proceed with the timer programming.
3.5.3 - TIMER SETTING (PROGR. 1 AND PROGR. 2) (g.E1)
It is possible to set one or both the timer programs.
To set the times for starting and stopping the unit, proceed as follows:
a. Press once or more the B6 button (SET TIMER) until when symbol
(D8a) (Start time for the 1st pro-
gram).
b. Use the B7 buttons (+ and -) to increase or decrease the hour of the day in which you want the unit to
turn on. The hours of operation can be selected with the B7 buttons (+ and -) in 30 minutes increments.
c. Press the B6 button (SET TIMER) a second time; symbol
(D8b) (Stop time for the 1st program).
d. Use the B7 buttons (+ and -) to increase or decrease the hour of the day in which you want the unit to
turn off. The hours of operation can be selected with the B7 buttons (+ and -) in 30 minutes increments.
e. Press the B6 button (SET TIMER) again; symbol
(D9a) (Start time for the 2nd program).
f. Use the B7 buttons (+ and -) to increase or decrease the
hour of the day in which you want the unit to turn on.
The hours of operation can be selected with the B7 buttons
(+ and -) in 30 minutes increments.
g. Press the B6 button (SET TIMER) again; symbol
(D9b)
(Stop time for the 2nd program) .
h. Use the B7 buttons (+ and -) to increase or decrease the
hour of the day in which you want the unit to turn off. the
hour variation settable with the B7 buttons (+ and -) in 30
minutes increments.
i. To return to the normal operation mode, press once or more
the B6 button (SET TIMER) until when all the symbols
related to this setting on the display turn off.
