      If the coarse focus adjustment cannot raise the stage high enough on your Olympus Microscope, the pre-focusing knob may be limiting the stage at a low position. Raise the limiting position of the pre-focusing knob.

      If the tension of the coarse adjustment knob is too high on your Olympus Microscope, the coarse adjustment knob rotation tension adjustment ring may be set too tight. Loosen the ring to adjust to proper tension.
